Finally, an update! :)

First, I need to apologize to those of you who have e-mailed me or called me in the last few months and been unable to reach me. I have literally been away from home twice a month for 5- 19 days each trip since January 6, and so I have had to prioritize and re-prioritize many times to make life work. Now I can gladly say that our Philly trips are winding down, so I will finally be spending more time at home than at Shriner's. :)  I am hoping to update the blog more often now, because it's my own way of journaling our life, so even if no one else is reading this anymore, at least I'll have it as a scrapbook of sorts. :)

Now, speaking of people reading... I haven't written on here for over a year now, and so I haven't even gone on the dashboard to check things during that time. Well, guess what? I have quite a following in Russia, Latvia, Australia and Canada now... But for all the wrong reasons. See, there are adoption trolls who found out about this blog through my friend's adoption blog, and they wrote ugly comments over a year ago and apparently never left. They literally have checked on here over 100 times in the last month just to see if I've updated anything. Creepy, huh? They will wait until I post anything negative about our daughter A and they will pounce, literally twisting anything that I say into abuse or neglect and terrorize us on their blogs. They literally hate international adoption and will even cyber stalk families and bully them when they  are pursuing adoption just to scare them into halting the process. It's sick, twisted and just plain pathetic. So, guess what trolls? I'm onto you. We are doing fine here and I will never publish your comments, either... So have fun. :)  I hope you enjoy hearing about our adventures and our LOVE and our commitment to each other. I hope that you realize that my daughter is not rotting in a mental institution right now but has straight feet and is walking with a walker. She has a father and a mother and a brother and sisters who love her, and she is learning how to read and write in English and has made many friends and inspired many people along the way. She is a gift from God, and we see her as a blessing just as we see all children as a blessing, regardless of the struggles that they may have.

Okay, that's enough of that! :) Here's my real update... Poor B started getting sick yesterday, and I pretty much have been up all night with her, so I am too brain dead to try to put photos on here for now, but don't worry, they're coming! :) I was able to enjoy a nice sunrise with my Natie while I waited for B to go back to sleep. He's always up super early on Sundays to review the sermon again and make any changes needed, so it's a nice quiet time. Now I'm hearing Em sing upstairs from the crib, so it's time to go...  Everyone else is doing well, they will be having so much fun at church and then a friend's house for the fellowship meal that the day will fly by for them. As for me, I have a feeling that there is a lot of coffee in my future. :)

Be His, friends!!!
